The tools are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>\u00a0<strong>CCL Order of Review\u00a0<\/strong>&#8211; Assists\u00a0users in understanding the steps to follow in reviewing the CCL<\/li>\n<li><strong>&#8220;Specially Designed&#8221; Definition<\/strong> &#8211; Assist users in determining if an item will be &#8220;specially designed&#8221; under the Export Administration Regulations<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>These tools will be available to use for\u00a0exports\u00a0on October 15, 2013. There is also a <strong>STA (Strategic Trade Authorization) tool &#8211; <\/strong>This will\u00a0help users of the License Exception STA determine if they are eligible to use and will be in compliance with License Exception STA.
