Most services and activities provided by the International Trade Administration<\/li>\n<li><a href=\"http:\/\/www.aviationpros.com\/news\/11182954\/government-shutdown-furloughs-3000-aviation-safety-inspectors\" target=\"_blank\"><strong>FAA<\/strong> <\/a>\u2013 Furloughs Safety Inspectors<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.usitc.gov\/pardon.htm\" target=\"_blank\">USITC<\/a><\/strong> \u2013 Harmonized Tariff System, website, etc.<\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.exim.gov\/\" target=\"_blank\">Export Import Bank of the United States<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ftc.gov\/ftc\/oed\/130925ftcshutdownplan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">FTC \u2013 Federal Trade Commission<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.ustda.gov\/pubs\/USTDAContingencyPlan.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">USTDA &#8211; US Trade and Development Agency<\/a><\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong><a href=\"http:\/\/www.dhs.gov\/alerts-and-notifications\/due-lapse-federal-funding-website-will-not-be-actively-managed-more-info-en\" target=\"_blank\">Department of Homeland Security<\/a><\/strong> &#8211;
