With two specific charges\u00a0imposed by\u00a0the BIS (Bureau of Industry & Security), a New Jersey company –\u00a0Infinova Corporation, committed six violations of the Anti-Boycott\u00a0Regulations in connection with shipments to United Arab Emirates:<\/p>\n

  1. One Violation of 15 CFR: 760.2(d) – Furnishing Information about Business Relationships with Boycotted Countries or Blacklisted Persons.<\/li>\n
  2. Five Violations of 15 CFR: 760.5 –\u00a0Failing to report the Receipt of a Request to Engage in\u00a0a Restrictive Trade Practice or Foreign Boycott Against a Country Friendly to the United States.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    A civil penalty\u00a0of $12,800 was assessed to Infinova Corporation with payment due within 30 days of the order. If\u00a0the penalty is not paid in a timely manner,\u00a0BIS\u00a0may deny all of the company\u2019s export privileges for one year.<\/p>\n
