See our <a href=\"http:\/\/supfrt.com\/news\/2013\/11\/19\/ace-now-has-a-completion-date-schedule\/\">blog post\u00a0<\/a><\/p>\n<p>Here are the deadlines as posted by the CBP:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li><strong>May 1, 2015: The deadline for mandatory use of ACE for all electronic manifest filing.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li>Nov. 1, 2015: The deadline for mandatory use of ACE for all electronic cargo release and related entry summary filing.<\/li>\n<li>Oct. 1, 2016: The deadline for mandatory use of ACE for all remaining portions of the CBP cargo process.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>The official date for filing electronic air manifests in ACE is May 1, but because the technical changes for air manifest data will take place May 2 to minimize operational impact during the normal work week, May 3 will be the first day on which electronic air import manifests will be processed in ACE. Electronic manifest filing for cargo transported by truck, ocean and rail is already mandatory in ACE.<\/p>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\">The next deadline is November 1, 2015<\/span> and the following data must be submitted to CBP via ACE beginning November 1st\u00a0&#8211;\u00a0All electronic cargo release (formerly referred to as entry, CBP Form 3461, or simplified entry) and entry summary (formerly referred to as CBP form 7501).\u00a0As of this date, electronic entries and related entry summaries will no longer be accepted in ACS.<\/p>\n<p>To read more see the <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/trade\/automated\">CBP &amp; ACE<\/a>\u00a0AND <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.cbp.gov\/csms\/docs\/20661_28504585\/ACE_Entry_Filing_042215_FINAL3.pdf\">ATTN: FILERS<\/a><\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Are You Ready for ACE?
