{"id":3720,"date":"2015-05-08T13:41:04","date_gmt":"2015-05-08T18:41:04","guid":{"rendered":"http:\/\/supfrt.com\/news\/?p=3720"},"modified":"2015-05-08T13:41:04","modified_gmt":"2015-05-08T18:41:04","slug":"ace-air-manifest-phase-in-and-more","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"http:\/\/supfrt.com\/news\/2015\/05\/08\/ace-air-manifest-phase-in-and-more\/","title":{"rendered":"ACE: Air Manifest Phase-In and More"},"content":{"rendered":"<p><a href=\"http:\/\/supfrt.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/ACE-logo--e1430153031763.jpg\"><img decoding=\"async\" loading=\"lazy\" class=\"alignright size-full wp-image-2123\" src=\"http:\/\/supfrt.com\/news\/wp-content\/uploads\/2013\/07\/ACE-logo--e1430153031763.jpg\" alt=\"ACE - logo--\" width=\"200\" height=\"125\" \/><\/a>ACE: Air Manifest Phase-In and More&#8230;<\/p>\n<p>The following is an update from US Customs from <a href=\"http:\/\/apps.cbp.gov\/csms\/viewmssg.asp?Recid=20676&amp;page=&amp;srch_argv=&amp;srchtype=&amp;btype=&amp;sortby=&amp;sby=\">CSMS #15-0000249<\/a>:<\/p>\n<p>UPDATE: \u00a0The deadline for <a href=\"http:\/\/www.cbp.gov\/trade\/ace\/air-manifest\">ACE Air Manifest<\/a> continues to be May 1st and CBP will continue routing trade manifest submissions to both ACE Air Manifest and the legacy AMS.<\/p>\n<p><strong>However<\/strong>, CBP is providing flexibility for the trade to test the system through <strong>June 6th<\/strong> when Air AMS will be phased out.<\/p>\n<p>Accordingly, ABI Air Inbond filers will continue to use QX\/WX to allow the air industry additional time to test the system. \u00a0The effective date for changing from QX\/WX to QP\/WP is June 7, 2015.<\/p>\n<p>All ABI filers will continue to use the IN query to query Air Bills. \u00a0The CQ query for air manifests will be available on June 7, 2015. \u00a0Both of these changes are posted to <a href=\"http:\/\/cbp.gov\/ACE\">CBP.gov\/ACE<\/a>\u00a0and filers are encouraged to test in the Certification environment.<\/p>\n<p><strong>AND<\/strong><\/p>\n<p>~ With the November 1 mandatory date quickly approaching, members throughout the trade community are encouraged to learn how they will be impacted and to prepare accordingly.
