Hu was sentenced to 34 months in\u00a0prison and a special assessment of $100.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Additionally, based on review, Hu is denied export privileges under Regulations for a period of 10 years from the date of Hu&#8217;s conviction &#8211; until July 24, 2024.<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Viacheslav Zhukov\u00a0was convicted on 12\/05\/2014 of\u00a0violating the International Emergency Economic Powers Act by knowingly and willfully conspired, combined, confederated and agreed\u00a0 to unlawfully export controlled firearm accessories from\u00a0the United States to co-conspirators in Russia without obtaining an export license from the United States Department of Commerce.\u00a0Zhukov was sentenced to\u00a051 months in\u00a0prison and a special assessment of $100.00.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p style=\"padding-left: 30px;\">Additionally, Zhukov is denied export privileges for a period of seven (7) years and three (3) months from the date of conviction [until 3\/5\/2022].
