Consumption<\/li>\n<li>03 &#8211; Consumption &#8211; Antidumping\/Countervailing Duty<\/li>\n<li>11 &#8211; Informal<\/li>\n<li>23 &#8211; Temporary Importation Bond (TIB)<\/li>\n<li>51 &#8211; Defense Contract Administration Service Region (DCASR)<\/li>\n<li>52 &#8211; Government \u2011 Dutiable<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u271a<\/td>\n<td>Electronic entries <strong>and<\/strong> corresponding entry summaries, associated with the entry types listed above, with data for the following agencies:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Animal and Plant Health Inspection Service (APHIS) for Lacey Act, unless paired with other PGA data.<\/li>\n<li>National Highway Traffic Safety Administration (NHTSA), unless paired with other PGA data.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u2716<\/td>\n<td>The implementation of these capabilities through ACE means that the filing of the following transactions <span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>will no longer be accepted<\/strong><\/span> in ACS:<\/p>\n<ol>\n<li>Electronic entry summaries (Entry types 01, 03, 11, 23, 51 and 52) with no PGA data.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic entries and corresponding entry summaries (Entry types 01, 03, 11, 23, 51 and 52) with APHIS Lacey Act data, unless paired with other PGA data on the same transaction.<\/li>\n<li>Electronic entries and corresponding entry summaries (Entry types 01, 03, 11, 23, 51 and 52) with NHTSA data, unless paired with other PGA data on the same transaction.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/td>\n<\/tr>\n<\/tbody>\n<\/table>\n<p><span style=\"text-decoration: underline;\"><strong>May 28, 2016<\/strong><\/span><\/p>\n<p>Filers will be required to file in ACE and no longer permitted to file in ACS the following transactions:<\/p>\n<table width=\"100%\">\n<tbody>\n<tr>\n<td>\u271a<\/td>\n<td>Electronic <strong>entries<\/strong>, associated with the following entry types, with no PGA:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>01 &#8211;
