Pechner knowingly and willfully caused to be exported from U.S.\u00a0to Thailand\u00a0firearms, which are listed on the Unites States Munitions List, without having obtained a license or written approval from the U. S. Department of\u00a0State for these defense articles.<\/p>\n<p>Pechner was sentenced to probation for two years, assessed a penalty of $600 and fined $3,000.<\/p>\n<p>As a result, Pechner was issued a denial of export privileges order for a period of 10 (ten) years and all licenses issued are revoked.
