Mendoza-Esquivel was previously sentenced to 51 months\u2019 imprisonment and a $100 assessment for violating the AECA (Arms Export Control Act).<\/p>\n<p>Under this order, until Aug. 11, 2025, neither this man nor anyone on his behalf may directly or indirectly participate in any way in any transaction involving any commodity, software, or technology exported or to be exported from the U.S. that is subject to the Export Administration Regulations.
