They exported thermal inaging cameras from the USA to various\u00a0countries including, Hong Kong, Columbia, Ecuador, El Salvador, and Mexico without the required Department of Commerce export licenses. The items are classified under Export Control Classification Number (ECCN) 6A003.b.4. and required an export license.
