The PMA is\u00a0accusing the union of slowdowns and withholding skilled labor that is a causing almost\u00a0&#8216;complete grid lock&#8217;. The ILWU blasted back saying that the PMA conceded that problems were related to operational issues.<\/p>\n<p>It\u00a0seems that\u00a0the\u00a0ILWU and the PMA are no longer agreeing not to discuss details of the actual negotiations.\u00a0From <a href=\"http:\/\/www.joc.com\/port-news\/longshoreman-labor\/international-longshore-and-warehouse-union\/despite-mediator-war-words-escalates-between-ilwu-pma_20150112.html\">JOC<\/a>:<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>That by itself takes the negotiations to a new low.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Usually with the help of a\u00a0federal mediator, these types of cases have assisted\u00a0the parties to reach a compromise.
