They are committed to increasing options in the Latin American market.<\/p>\n<blockquote><p>&#8220;This is the first time in more than a decade that the Department of Transportation has the opportunity to allocate new Sao Paulo frequencies.\u00a0 These opportunities arise as direct result of the U.S. government&#8217;s success in negotiating a new air service agreement with Brazil, which is expected to result in a full Open Skies agreement by 2015.&#8221;<\/p>\n<p><a href=\"http:\/\/news.delta.com\/index.php?s=43&amp;item=1918\">read more at Delta&#8217;s website<\/a><\/p><\/blockquote>\n<p>Delta&#8217;s expansion will boost local economies in both the U.S. and Brazil.
