They have started the discussion on how customs agencies can partner with industry through programs such as Customs-Trade Partnership Against Terrorism (C-TPAT). There was also dialogue about identifying high risk cargo and sharing best practices.
The DHS and the Turkish Ministry of Customs are working together to improve the security of the global supply chain.
