International Trade Administration Announces $1.4 Million in Awards to Increase Exports
On September 11, 2015, the International Trade Administration (ITA) announced a total of $1.4 million in awards as part of the Market Development Cooperator Program for the five following projects:
Healthcare – $225,267 to help the healthcare industry produce exports to Brazil, China and Hong Kong.
Recreational Vehicles – $299,775 to help the RV industry produce exports to China, Japan and South Korea.
Automotive – $299,345 to help the automotive industry produce exports to Chile, Colombia, Costa Rica, Guatemala, Honduras and Peru.
Printing and Publishing – $298,746 to help the printing, publishing and converting industry produce exports to Indonesia.
Building Materials – $299,775 to help the building materials industry produce exports to Japan.
These projects are expected to generate more than $653 million in U.S. exports over the next three years.
