On April 5, 2014, the U.S. Census Bureau, in concurrence with U.S. Customs and Border Protection (CBP), implemented an 180 day informed compliance period regarding the enforcement of the Final Rule published on March 14, 2013 which revised Title 15, Code of Federal Regulations, Part 30, Foreign Trade Regulations (FTR).
