EU, US Fully Implement Mutual Recognition Decision
Good news for C-TPAT members who are also exporters. The exports by C-TPAT members will receive expedited customs clearnace in the EU. This final phase (implemented on January 31, 2013) allows reciprocal benefits for C-TPAT members when exporting to EU member states and AEO members exporting to the US.
